Undergraduate Graduation Requirements

The graduation requirements for our department are as follows:

1. Successful completion of all mandatory courses listed in the catalog (205 credits).
2. Successful completion of 24 credits of professional elective courses.
3. Successful completion of at least 11 credits of elective courses (at least one of which must be a YÖK elective course).
4. Successful completion of a total of 240 credits of coursework.
5. Completion of both internships (a total of 40 working days) and successful achievement of YT grades in the courses MLZSJ301 and MLZSJ402.

The following YÖK elective courses are available:

2. MÜZ155 Turkish Folk Music
3. MÜZ157 Turkish Art Music
4. SAN155 Ballroom Dancing
5. SNT155 Art History
6. SOS155 Folk Dancing
